1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Product Studio (the "Site") and purchasing any software applications, source code templates, or digital tools (including StealthSuite, LaTeX Resume Builder, and AI Portfolio Builder), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. License Grant & Usage Rights

Upon purchasing a license for any software product on Product Studio:

• Desktop Software (e.g. StealthSuite): You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to install and activate the software on up to two (2) personal devices owned or controlled by you.
• Source Code / Templates: You are granted commercial rights to build and deploy end-user applications. You may not re-distribute, resell, or publicly publish the raw source code repository.
• License Keys: Sharing, sublicensing, cracking, or publicly posting your personal license key is strictly prohibited and results in immediate license revocation without refund.

3. Responsible Use & Compliance

Our software tools are designed for educational, preparation, and assistive purposes. Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable interview agreements, company policies, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and local regulations when using our assistive tools. Product Studio assumes no liability for disciplinary actions resulting from misuse.

4. Payments & Delivery

Payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record partners (including Lemon Squeezy and Stripe). All software downloads and license keys are delivered immediately upon checkout to the email address provided during purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Product Studio or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the software tools.
